Has accomplished his Degree on Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of San Carlos in Cebu and graduated on his course, a Cum Laude. He has also earned his Master’s Degree in Public and Management and Development in 2011 at the same university. He studied International Politics at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung School for Young Politicians in Berlin, Germany (2014).

Has accomplished his Degree on Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of San Carlos in Cebu and graduated on his course, a Cum Laude. He has also earned his Master’s Degree in Public and Management and Development in 2011 at the same university. He studied International Politics at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung School for Young Politicians in Berlin, Germany (2014).

Furthermore, he has also earned a Certificate of Accomplishment on Democratic Development in Stanford University thru Coursera Organization in 2013. Mr. Lakibul was the former Regional Chairperson of CDP in Cebu. Currently, he serves as the newly elected Secretary of CDP Cebu City Chapter. He is one of the founding members of the Centrist Democratic Movement (CDM), and the Centrist Democratic Party of the Philippines (CDP). He is one of the National Founding Members of the Centrist Democratic Youth Association of the Philippines (CDYAP). He graduated as a Master Trainor from the second batch of CDPI Master Trainors’ Training Program in July 2013. He was awarded by the CDPI President as part of the first batch of The 300 during the Fellowship Investiture in December 2016.

He has also worked as a Program Management Officer at Accenture Delivery Center in the Philippines, Inc., a business processing outsourcing company. He used to work as a Book Sales Coordinator at the Xlibris Author Solutions, Inc., a publishing company in Cebu City. He currently serves as a faculty member and a lecturer at the Department of Political Science in University of San Carlos, Cebu City.
