Has earned his Degree on Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Christ the King Mission Seminary. He completed his Master of Arts Degree in Theology, major in Pastoral Ministry at the Ignatian Institute of Religious Education at the Ateneo de Davao University.
He worked as a program manager for a decade in one of the pioneer development organizations in Davao City, the Technical Assistance Center for the Development of Rural and Urban Poor (TACDRUP). Moreover, he supervised three (3) advocacy programs, namely: peace advocacy (dialogue with cultures), advocacy and governance (civic education), and successor generation program (youth and young professional’s leadership program).
Mr. Clamor, has also worked as a Project officer at the Institute for Political and Electoral Reform (IPER) where he organized a taskforce PAYAPA composed of CSO’s, Security Sectors, (i.e PNP and Phil. Army) and COMELEC to push for a peaceful 2013 ARMM election.
He was also part of the lead organizers of the Citizens’ Movement for a Federal Philippines (CMFP). He has served as the Executive Director of the Centrist Democracy Political Institute and he was one of the founding members of the Centrist Democratic Movement Federations of the Philippines and Centrist Democratic Party of the Philippines.
